Refund Policy

At Elyvia Travel Solution Private Limited, we are committed to offering reliable and transparent travel and transportation services. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for bookings made via our website (www.elysiumtravelsolutions.com) or mobile application.
1. Cab & Transportation Bookings Cancellation & Refunds:
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a charge up to 25% of the booking amount.
- No refund for cancellations made after the driver has arrived at the pickup point.
2. Flight Bookings Cancellation & Refunds:
- Refund eligibility depends on airline policies and ticket type (non-refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable).
- Cancellations made 7+ days before departure may qualify for full or partial refunds as per airline terms.
- Our booking fee (non-refundable) is deducted from any eligible refund.
- Refunds are subject to airline approval and may take 15-30 days to process.
3. Hotel Bookings Cancellation & Refunds:
- Refund eligibility depends on the hotel's cancellation policy (free cancellation up to X days before check-in).
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Our booking fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation.
4. Tour Packages & Custom Itineraries Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cancellations 30+ days before the tour start date: Full refund minus 5% administrative charge.
- Cancellations 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 15 days before tour: Non-refundable.
5. Driver / Service Provider No-Show:
If our assigned driver or service provider does not reach your location without prior intimation and the service is not completed, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment Errors & Duplicate Charges:
In case of duplicate charges or technical payment issues, contact us within 48 hours. After validation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Mode of Refund:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway. For international bookings, additional time may be required.
8. Non-Refundable Charges:
- Service tax, tolls, parking, inter-state taxes and currency conversion charges incurred during services are non-refundable.
- No refunds for partially completed rides or services.
- Elyvia booking fees and convenience charges are non-refundable.
9. Visa & Travel Insurance Refunds:
- Visa assistance fees are non-refundable once applied.
- Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable unless the policy terms explicitly state otherwise.
10. Refund Process & Appeals:
- Submit refund requests within 30 days of booking cancellation or service completion.
- Provide booking reference, transaction details, and reason for refund request.
- Our support team will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
