E. General Service Usage Rules

  1. Booking & Confirmation: Booking requests are subject to availability. Confirmations are provided via email/SMS upon acceptance.
  2. User Conduct: Users must comply with applicable laws and behave respectfully during all services.
  3. Identification: Valid ID may be required before accessing services.
  4. Liability: Elyvia is not liable for delays or failures due to external factors beyond our control.

F. Transportation (Cabs) Terms

  1. Booking & Payment: Fares are estimated before booking. Final payment is due at service completion via cash/card/digital payment.
  2. Cancellations:
    • Before 4 hours: ₹100 fee; remaining amount credited as ride coupon.
    • Within 4 hours: No refund; full amount retained.
    • Driver cancellation: Full amount refunded if driver is unavailable.

G. Flight Bookings Terms

  • Flight bookings are subject to airline terms and conditions.
  • Refunds depend on ticket type (non-refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable).
  • Elyvia booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations and modifications are subject to airline policies.

H. Hotel Bookings Terms

  • Hotel bookings are subject to property cancellation policies.
  • Check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel.
  • Elyvia booking fees and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Modifications are subject to hotel availability and policies.

I. Tour Packages & Visa Assistance Terms

  • Tour packages are customizable based on availability and requirements.
  • Visa assistance is provided as-is; outcomes depend on government decisions.
  • Elyvia is not liable for visa rejections or delays by authorities.
  • Travel insurance is optional and non-refundable once purchased.

J. Limitation of Liability

Elyvia Travel Solution is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or property. We only facilitate bookings and are not liable for third-party service issues or airline/hotel/government decisions.

K. Force Majeure

Elyvia is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, wars, or government actions. A service voucher will be issued for such cancellations.

L. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Elyvia Travel Solution and its affiliates against any claims or damages arising from misuse of services or violations of these Terms.

M. Modification & Termination of Service

Elyvia Travel Solution may alter or discontinue services at any time without liability. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations or security concerns.

N. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, trademarks, and designs is owned or licensed by Elyvia Travel Solution. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

O. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.

Elyvia Travel Solution may send notices via email, SMS, postal mail, or display updates on the website.

Services are provided "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Elyvia is not responsible for third-party services, external systems, or factors outside our control.
